Fremont County Coroner – Mortality Statistics

The Coroner’s Office provides general data information to keep the public aware of trends, and will periodically issue public health and safety notices to increase awareness of hazards or issues that occur. The Mortality Statistics below are general numbers of deaths relating to Manner (natural, accident, homicide, suicide, undetermined). “Non-human” are those cases where remains were reported but verified in most cases to be animal remains.  Quarterly we update statistics in more detail to analyze trends that may affect public safety. Summary data is also provided to various groups and agencies to assist in prevention or other projects.  The links below will open a ‘pdf’ file with the data:
