We are responsible for the administration of Subdivision Regulations, Rural Addressing Regulations, Small Wastewater Regulations, Floodplain Zoning Regulations and maintenance of the E911 address database.

Permits are required for:

  • Any new or replacement Septic System
  • Any type of land division
  • Any construction activity within the documented floodplain
  • New Rural Address(s)
