We are responsible for the administration of Subdivision Regulations, Rural Addressing Regulations, Small Wastewater Regulations, Floodplain Zoning Regulations and maintenance of the E911 address database.
Permits are required for:
- Any new or replacement Septic System
- Any type of land division
- Any construction activity within the documented floodplain
- New Rural Address(s)
